Tasting notes
At the sight it shows a beautiful ruby red. The olfactory spectrum is rich and varied: it opens with fruity scents that recall the undergrowth, and then leaves room for tertiary aromas of spices, leather and cocoa. In the mouth it is vigorous, with an alcoholic structure based on the excellent acidity and the noticeable tannins.
Pairings
It is perfect to accompany important courses, especially based on meat with elaborate preparations or game. Try it with a platter of typical Sicilian aged cheeses.

Sicilia Rosso IGT "Ceuso" 2010- Ceuso: Because we like it
The "Ceuso" is a cut between the red grape variety that symbolizes the whole of Sicily, the Nero d'Avola, and two of the most famous and cultivated international vines, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It takes its name from the district where the vineyards are located and is the flagship wine of the entire company production, which clearly identifies the ambitions of the Melia brothers in producing high quality reds. Macerated in steel for 15 days, it ages 12 months in barriques and a year and a half in bottle. The Sicilia Rosso IGT of Ceuso is a wine of great charm and personality, which conquers with its pleasantness and promises to evolve and excite with its perfumes for many years to come.
