Tasting notes
Ruby red color with slight garnet reflections. The nose dominates notes of red fruits, such as blackberry, almost in jam; then follow floral sensations in harmony with strong notes of white pepper. On the palate it is round, with a polite perception of tannin. Elegantly velvety, it is a wine of great finesse and good persistence.
Pairings
Suitable for red meat dishes and excellent with aged cheeses, it also goes well with rich fish soups.
