Location: Location Colline Valledolmesi on the Madonie mountain slopes, at an altitude of 700 - 800 m. above sea level.
Soil: half sandy and clay with alkyl reaction due to the limestone.
Secondary fermentation: kept in stainless steel tanks for three months, in small French oak barrels for 10 months and in bottles for another six months before marketing.
