Terre Siciliane Frappato IGP 2016 - Feudo di Santa Tresa: Because we like it
The frappato is a native Sicilian vine, probably arrived in ancient times from Spain: in the territory of Vittoria has found the ideal conditions for its growth. The vinification is traditional, with a cold maceration and a fermentation that uses the use of selected yeasts. Subsequently the malolactic fermentation is carried out followed by an aging in cement tanks. Sicily Frappato IGP of the Feudo di Santa Tresa is a young and fragrant wine, with a light and delicate natural spice.
